PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cable having a normal signal transmission pattern and realizing a coaxial cable structure. SOLUTION: This flexible cable has: a spacer part 103 having an inside conductor pattern 102 at the center; a base 104 surrounding the spacer part 103 by nipping it from upper and lower sides and an upper side cover lay 105 on an inner side; an upper cover lay 106 and a lower cover lay 107 covering the base 104 and the upper side cover lay 105 from above and below; and reinforcing plates 108, 109 reinforcing both end sides. The spacer part 103 has a configuration in which a lower side spacer 110 having the inside conductor pattern 102 on an upper face and an upper side spacer 111 are overlapped.
