PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic for wet skin, which whitens an applied portion, does not stick to clothes, is not easily removed from the skin even by water washing, and maintains refreshing skin feeling even at high humidity after showering or bathing. SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic for wet skin comprises (a) a spherical powder of 1-20μm in an average particle diameter of 1-40 wt%, (b) an oleaginous substance which has surface tension of 30 dyn/cm or less and viscosity of 200 cs or less at 25°C of 1-20 wt%, and (c) water.
