PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a C-size and/or AA-size commonly-using separation type uninterruptible replacement tool capable of using in common a tool body regardless of difference of the number of wires of a pressing stand by establishing conduction to a bypass circuit corresponding to the number of wires even in the case of the pressing stand for two wires or the pressing stand for three wires. SOLUTION: The bypass circuit for three wires wherein the power source side wires and the load side wires are three wires respectively is provided on an uninterruptible replacement tool body 10, and a conduction control part 15 projecting from the tool body is provided, and body side terminals 14 to the number of six in total connected to the bypass circuit are exposed and arranged in series on the lower end of the conduction control part, and a terminal stand 19 for fixing the conduction control part in the straddling state is projected on the pressing stand, and pressing stand side terminals 18 connected to a press-cut screw 17 through an insert conductor in the pressing stand are exposed and arranged linearly on the upper end of the terminal stand. The pressing stand side terminals 18 are arranged on the same positions as the body side terminals 14 when the number of the terminals on the pressing stand side is six, and on the same positions as arrangement of the four body side terminals 14 excluding one for the bypass circuit when the number is four, and the pressing stand side terminals are connected to the body side terminals corresponding thereto by conductive screws 21, and conduction between the press-cut screw 17 and the bypass circuit is established.
