PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distilling plant efficiently condensing water vapor in the atmosphere and producing water. SOLUTION: This distilling plant comprises a thermoelectric transfer element 4 contained in a casing 8 having air holes 9, 10, heat absorbing fins and heat radiating fins, which are places for pinching the thermoelectric transfer element 4, a fan 3 fixed at the air hole 10 of the case body 8, a power source 2 for driving the thermoelectric transfer element 7 and the fan 3, and a control means 22 for controlling the thermoelectric transfer element 7 and the fan 3.
