PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal rising of a cycle high pressure without requiring enlargement of a high pressure side apparatus during cooling and refrigeration concurrent operation. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 17 is provided in a cooling side refrigerant passage 15, and during the cooling and refrigeration concurrent operation of concurrently setting an indoor cooling state by an evaporator 20 for cooling and a refrigerator refrigeration state by an evaporator 23 for refrigeration, opening and closing of the solenoid valve 17 are controlled such that an opened state and a closed state of the solenoid valve are alternately repeated. A pressure reducing device for refrigeration is composed of a constant pressure expansion valve 22 opening when a downstream side pressure drops to a predetermined valve opening pressure P1 or less, and an auxiliary valve 18 opening when a differential pressure between portions before and after the solenoid valve rises to a predetermined differential pressure P2 or more is provided in parallel with the solenoid valve 17.
