PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low permeability elastic sealing ring capable of decreasing the number of elastic sealing rings, shortening length of a sealing part in an axial direction, improving efficiency of a space for piping and reducing man-hour and trouble to install the elastic sealing rings. SOLUTION: The low permeability elastic sealing ring 40 is structured by laminating an outer layer 40A as a low permeable layer having permeation resistant properties against fuel of an automobile and a core part 40B as a low-temperature resistant material excellent in low-temperature characteristics which is coated by the outer layer 40A and maintains high elastic properties at a low temperature for the low-permeable layer.
