PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hide a fixing part of a finisher to a tail pipe from the rear of a vehicle, in a finisher mounted to an outer periphery of an end of the tail pipe of an exhaust system which is connected with a vehicular engine for improving appearance. SOLUTION: In the finisher attached to an end of a tail pipe 2, a mounting part 15 is disposed at a front upper part of a finisher main body 10, an upper part of the tail pipe 2 which is inserted into the finisher main body 10 is fixed to the mounting part with a fixing means L so that the fixing means L is included in a projection plane in an axial direction of the finisher main body 10.
