PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking apparatus which can separate first and second press rollers apart easily from a transfer roller to facilitate the work of mounting or removing a band-shaped pasteboard on or from the press rollers upon setting the pasteboard on the apparatus or carrying out the maintenance work of the apparatus and improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: The label sticking apparatus comprises the motor-driven transfer roller 50 which is arranged between the upstream side pasteboard S extended from a supply reel 2 to a sticking section 40 and a downstream side pasteboard S extended from the sticking section 40 to a takeup reel 6, the first press roller 51 which presses the upstream side pasteboard S to the transfer roller 50, and the second press roller 52 which presses the downstream side pasteboard S to the transfer roller 50. A shifting mechanism 60 for shifting the first/second press rollers 51, 52 simultaneously is arranged either at a press position X where the first/second rollers 51, 52 are pressed to the transfer roller 50, or at a separation position Y where the rollers 51, 52 are separated away from the transfer roller 50.
