PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bolt fastening device of a suspension mechanism capable of accurately positioning a mounting bolt of the suspension mechanism and a fastening rotary tool on the same axis and capable of sufficiently fastening the mounting bolt. SOLUTION: The suspension mechanism 2 comprises a suspension member rotatably mounted with a lower arm 4 and a body side member 1 mounted with the suspension member by the mounting bolt 3. In the suspension mechanism 2, the fastening device fastens the mounting bolt 3 by penetrating through an insertion hole 5 provided for the lower arm 4 for weight saving. The insertion hole 5 of the lower arm 4 is accurately provided right under the mounting bolt 3. A positioning means 12 is provided for engaging with the insertion hole 5 and positioning the fastening rotary tool 8 of the mounting bolt 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
