摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize highly reliable recovery prediction and its guide with respect to an accident when the accident relating to a train occurs. SOLUTION: The train recovery guide has an accident database (DB) in which a large amount of accident information on past accidents is stored. When an accident occurs, accident information matching to the DB retrieval condition set on the basis of the the occurring state of the accident is retrieved/extracted from the accident DS. By executing statistical arithmetic operation with respect to the extracted accident information (for example, normal distribution arithmetic operation), the meanμand varianceσon temporary recovery time or the like are calculated. By utilizing the calculated meanμand varianceσ, recovery probability with respect to an elapse of time is calculated (for example, the probability of temporal recovery after 20 minutes is 50%, the probability of temporal recovery after 30 minutes is 85%, or the like) so that the recovery prediction message including the probability is distributed.
