PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a recorded material from jamming by regulating the performance of recording when a discharging stacker is clogged while controlling power consumption by omitting an LED as a power supply lamp. SOLUTION: The power supply starter 1 is equipped with a discharging stacker 50 receiving a recorded material P after the performance of recording by unfolding forward a front opening 4 of a recorder body 3 at the time of using while the opening 4 is closed at the time of being not in use, an internal power supply switch 30 provided to the vicinity of the front opening 4 of the recorder body 3 or the discharging stacker 50 and a power supply starting strip 31 provided to the discharging stacker 50 or the vicinity of the front opening 4 of the recorder body 3.
