PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reproduce an optimum sound field without performing complicated work when the position of a listening point and the arranging position of a sound source are changed.

SOLUTION: A setting state table TBL 2 where various parameters required for enabling a sound processing part 4 to perform a signal processing on audio data corresponding to respective channels are stored and setting picture data are recorded in a recording part 6. Setting picture data is linked with the setting state table TBL 2 and the setting state table TBL 2 is updated in accordance with a change added on a setting picture. Consequently, the parameter when the signal processing is performed on audio data is changed in the sound processing part 4.
