<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid losing the convenience of a water discharging tool, to improve operability when fixing the water discharging tool for reducing costs for operation and to reduce defective seal by designating the clamping degree of a seal member to the spherical part of a free coupling to be a degree fixed precisely and simply in advance for fixing an operation load for changing the direction of the water discharging tool. <P>SOLUTION: A supporting structure 30 for connecting and supporting the water discharging tool such as a shower head with the free coupling is provided with: the seal member 64 clamped by the spherical part 36; a coned disk spring 44 for crushing the seal member 64 and clamping the seal member 64 to the outer peripheral surface of the spherical part 36; and a fastener 80 for biasing the disk spring 44 by fastening so as to press the disk spring 44 to the side of the seal member 64.
