<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to view and listen images connecting with a camera device without considering an operation condition of the camera device from a viewing and listening terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A link server 30 starts in order to function as a WEB server, manages information of a plurality of camera devices including a camera device 20, a viewing and listening terminal 104 is connected to the link server, and enquires conditions of pause, stop or start of the camera device when it tries to link with the camera device, if the condition is pause or stop, the viewing and listening terminal originates a call to a telephone number of the camera device by general public telephone network 2, the camera device detects termination of the call, and recovers from pause or stop conditions, if the link server confirms recovery of the condition of the camera device, it notices the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the camera device to the viewing and listening terminal, and the viewing and listening terminal performs the WEB access again by the URL information, and connects. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
