<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which a recipient can confirm the content of an incorrect or a malicious transfer request before transfer, and by which the recipient can consent or reject the transfer request according to the confirmation result. <P>SOLUTION: When the condition setting of refusing the transfer request by receipt side 2 when there is a transfer request (A) to a deposit account 2b on a receipt side 2 from a payment side 1 based on a deposit account 1b is made, the content of the transfer request is registered as transfer suspension information 3 and the transfer request is suspended. Then, the content of the transfer suspension information 3 can be confirmed by a terminal (B); and the transfer request can be consented or rejected based on the confirmation result (C). As to the consented transfer request, money is transferred to the deposit account 2b on the receipt side 2 (D); as to a rejected transfer request, money is repaid (processing that cannot be settled) (E).
