<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust sensitivity of the whole sensor to improve accuracy without complicating a circuit or the adjustment when providing a device having a different measurement range of a flow rate according to various kinds of use, in a hot wire type air flowmeter measuring an intake air flow rate of an internal combustion engine of an automobile or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal air flowmeter is provided with: a means constant-temperature driving a heating resistive element 211a by the heating resistive element and temperature compensation resistors 211b, 211c; a means detecting the flow rate by a temperature difference of temperature detection resistive elements 211d-211g disposes on both the sides of the heating resistive element; a means transmitting a signal according to heating power of the heating resistive element to temperature difference output of the temperature detection resistive elements; a digitalization means inputting a signal according to the flow rate of the temperature difference; and a means performing digital computing, and applying correction and the adjustment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
