<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of surely obtaining a uniform sealing face pressure with simple and economical structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 10 has first and second metal separators 16, 18 holding an electrolyte membrane/electrode structure in between. The first and second metal separators 16, 18 cover an outer peripheral edge part, and first and second sealing members 40, 46 are integrated. The first sealing member 40 has a convex part 40a on a face 16, and a member solidified at a gate part is integrated as a protrusion part 40a when injection molding the first sealing member 40.
