<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor built-in glass ceramic multilayer wiring board, having a small capacitance change in a capacitor depending on the temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In the capacitor built-in glass ceramic multilayer wiring board 10, inside of an insulating substrate 11 composed of a glass ceramic sintered body containing glass and a filler, a capacitor 14 is formed which is constituted of a dielectric layer, having barium titanate as the principal component and electrode layers 13a to 13d composed of a sintered body of metal powder.
