<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-reflection member with a fluorine-containing polymer film which does not increase in manufacturing cost and with which wear resistance is increased. <P>SOLUTION: A low-reflection member has at least a hard coat layer laminated on a transparent base and the fluorine-containing polymer film laminated on the hard coat layer, which contains ethylene oxide modified (meth)acrylate resin.
