<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a parking violation display sticker in the police by managing the status of use of the parking violation display stickers, and to easily collect information on the status of parking violation. <P>SOLUTION: Identification data is added to an IC tag 2 set in a display sticker 3, and pieces of identification data stored in IC tags 2 of a plurality of display stickers 3 are stored in an intra-police station data management device 9. When the display sticker 3 is brought out from the police station for crackdown of parking violation, the identification data and data in use of the display sticker 3 are stored in the intra-police station data management device 9. When a used display sticker 3 is collected, the identification data and collected data of the display sticker 3 are stored in the intra-police station data management device 9, the numerical quantity of the display stickers 3 possessed by the police station 12 is obtained, and the numerical quantity of display stickers 3 in use presently among the plurality of display stickers 3 is obtained from the data in use and the collected data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
