<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing assist simply mounted to a bathtub, securing a sufficient bathing space in the bathtub for a person other than a person to be cared. <P>SOLUTION: This bathing assist is provided with a support frame 20 to be mounted on a rim of the bathtub, a device body 30 installed on the frame, an elastic guide 40 attached to the device body, and a seat face 530 attached to the elastic guide; and raises/lowers the seat face 530 via a lift provided in the device body. The elastic guide 40 is provided with an attachment/detachment part extending in the seat face direction and the elastic guide 40 allows the attachment/detachment part to freely rotate around the central axis of the elastic guide with the seat face detached therefrom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
