<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a functional beverage obtained by extracting an active ingredient of a functional material with water containing a mineral component at a low cost for a short period. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the functional beverage comprises a preparing step 1 for preparing raw materials necessary for production and carrying out detection, washing, sterilization, disinfection, etc., of an apparatus group, a mineral component-removing step 2 for removing a mineral component from water containing the mineral component, a functional material component-extracting step 3 for charging a functional material into water from which the mineral component is removed and extracting an active ingredient, a mixing/agitating step 4 of an extracting solution with the mineral component for charging and mixing water containing a mineral component such as ocean deep water into an extracted solution of low-mineral component and further agitating these components and a packing step 5 for sterilizing the functional beverage obtained in the above steps by a means such as high-temperature sterilization, cooling the functional beverage and packing the beverage into a PET bottle, a barrel, etc., for distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
