PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the installation work in arranging a plurality of floor heating mats on a floor in parallel with each other. SOLUTION: This floor heating mats 10 can be laid on the floor 4 of a building 1, and respectively comprise a mat main body 12 made of resin foam and having a groove 11 formed along its upper face, and a tube 13 fitted in the groove 11. The tube 13 comprises a tube main body 16 fitted in the groove 11 and a pair of tube extension parts 17, 18 extended from each end part of the tube main body 16 to an outer part of the mat main body 12. The hot water 22 supplied from a heat source unit 19 can flow from one 17 of tube extension parts 17, 18 to the other tube extension part 18 through the tube main body 16.
