PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker mounting device to certainly fix a speaker cabinet which stores a speaker unit to a predetermined place by fingertip operation as well as complete electrical wiring simultaneously. SOLUTION: The speaker mounting device stores a speaker unit 6. This device is comprised of a speaker cabinet 5 which is provided by exposing a pair of signal input terminals 52a and 52b that are electrically connected to the speaker unit 6, a holder 7 fixed on a wall 10 which is removable from and joins the speaker cabinet 5 and has a part of signal electrodes 74a and 74b to respectively contact the signal input terminal 52a and 52b of the speaker cabinet 5 at the joining complete position of the speaker cabinet 5, and signal transmitting code 8 to electrically connect between the pair of signal electrode 74a and 74b fixed on the holder 7 and an audio signal booster.
