PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat the surface of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) having biodegradability, excellent transparency, excellent processability, good environmental load characteristics, and the like with silicon dioxide to use the coated product for various mechanical uses, consumer articles, optical materials, abrasives, protecting tools, medical treatment equipment, and the like.
