PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold assembly capable of sufficiently cooling a sprue bush and capable of enhancing the quality of a molded product. SOLUTION: The mold assembly has a first mold unit, a second mold unit, the sprue bush 24 arranged one of the first and second mold units and having an annular flow channel 27 formed in the vicinity of the front end thereof, an inner stamper holder arranged so as to surround the sprue bush 24, the processing member arranged to the other one of the first and second mold units in a freely advancing and retreating and applying predetermined processing to the original mold of the molded product and the bush 47 arranged so as to surround the processing member and having a flow channel 55 formed in the vicinity of the front end thereof. In this case, since the outer diameter of the sprue bush 24 can be made large and the dimension in the diametric direction of the flow channel 27 can be made large, a sufficient amount of a temperature control medium can be allowed to flow to the flow channel 27 and the heat capacity in the flow channel 27 can be increased.
