PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly active battery in which the frequency of charge and discharge is increased and service life is extended. SOLUTION: The highly active battery has a metal shell and a highly active paint is applied on the surface of the metal shell. The highly active paint contains at least bamboo charcoal powder, ceramic powder, and tourmaline powder, and furthermore it may contain natural lava ore powder, and has a far-infrared emissivity of more than 0.92, and its supply capacity of negative ion is more than 500 negative ions/mg.
