PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray generating equipment using a hemimorphic form crystal capable of generating an X-ray more intensive than a prior art, and continuously generating the X-ray. SOLUTION: By being provided with a vessel 1 for maintaining a low-pressure atmosphere inside, hemimorphic form crystal support means 3a, 3b equipped inside the vessel, at least a pair of hemimorphic form crystal bodies 5a, 5b supported by the hemimorphic form crystal supporting means inside the vessel and arrayed in opposition with an interval, and temperature control means 3a, 3b; 6a, 6b to 8a, 8b, the X-ray is irradiated from the vessel accompanied by the rise and fall of the temperature of the hemimorphic form crystal body.
