PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning system enabling a learner to perform learning by making use of learning content with a portable terminal even in an inferior communication environment. SOLUTION: In the learning system, the learner downloads at least learning data wherein correct answer data of a test are encrypted, from a management server 10 to a learning terminal 30, performs learning with a learning execution section 33, and takes a test with a test execution section 34. After the test, marking is performed in the test execution section 34 by decrypting the encrypted correct answer data and comparing it with learner's answers.
