PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeling sash capable of simply installing a backing material to an existing frame constituting an existing sash frame in a short time. SOLUTION: In the remodeling sash, the backing material 30 is mounted on the existing frame constituting the existing sash frame 10 remaining in a building skeleton 1, and a new frame constituting a new sash frame 20 is fixed onto the backing material 30. In the remodeling sash, the indoor-side mounting piece and outdoor-side mounting piece of the backing material are fitted, supported and set up between the indoor-side inward plate and outdoor-side inward plate of the existing frame.
