PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device which is excellent in ventilation performance, openness, and daylighting efficiency. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the shutter device, at least part of a shutter curtain 11 is formed of panels 12, and each panel is formed at least of a frame body 17, and horizontal muntins 18 laterally extended across the frame body.
