PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrenic resin sheet excellent in transparency, impact resistance, heat resistance, rigidity, bending resistance, and moldability in emboss forming or punching working. SOLUTION: The styrenic resin sheet is composed of a styrenic resin composition which comprises a styrene-conjugated diene block copolymers (A) and (B), a polystyrene resin (C), and an impact resistant polystyrene resin (D), wherein (A) has a styrenic monomer content of 65-85 mass%, in (A) the conjugated diene block is constituted of a conjugated diene polymer, (B) has a styrenic monomer content of 65-85 mass%, in (B) the conjugated diene block is constituted of a random copolymer of a styrenic monomer and a conjugated diene monomer, the mass ratio of (A)/(B) is in the range of 95/5-25/75, the content of (C) is 20-110 pts. mass against 100 pts. mass of the total of (A) and (B), and the content of (D) is 5-35 pts. mass against 100 pts. mass of the total of (A) and (B).
