PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold assembly capable of positioning a core pin in an accurate direction. SOLUTION: The mold assembly is equipped with a gate 63 allowing the material passage 42 provided to a fixed mold 21 to communicate with a cavity 23 and the core pin 62 provided to a movable mold 22 to face to the cavity 23. An attaching hole 81 for attaching a core pin 73 is provided to the movable mold 22 and the core pin 73 is used for forming the hole part 3 or the like of a molded product 1 and, since the core pin 73 is fitted to the attaching hole 81 by the leading end of a main body part 74 and a large diameter part 76, the core pin 73 can be fixed so as to be positioned in an accurate direction.
