PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise efficiency in an examination by performing conversion into an image with a distortion which is photographed by an optical system which is familiar to a user concerning an image which is photographed by any optical systems. SOLUTION: The conversion image display device comprises: an image input part 28 for inputting the first image which is obtained by photographing a subject through the use of the first photographing optical system (optical system 1) connected to a photographing apparatus; an image converting means (image distortion converting means 3) for converting the inputted first image into the second image which is obtained by photographing the subject through the use of the second photographing optical system (standard lens) which has the optical distortion being different from that of the first photographing optical system (optical system 1) and can be connected to the photographing apparatus; and an image display means for displaying the second image in a display part 8.
