The method involves a system with driving stability regulation and/or driven drift regulation. This includes a pneumatic brake servo which is controlled independently of the driver`s will. When the regulating process begins, the servo (5) is controlled, independently of the driver`s will, to pre-fill the vehicle wheel brakes (17, 18). After the pre-filling process, further pressure build-up in the vehicle wheel brakes is achieved by the ABS return supply pump. It may be also possible, when the regulating process begins, to use a volume of the pressure medium in a pressure store (20) to pre-fill the wheel brakes. #CMT#USE/ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Allows control of the braking system without high cost and provides improved pressure control.
