A balance-adjustable bottom rail for a window blind is constructed to include
an elongated hollow rail body having a longitudinal axis, a weight mounted
inside the
rail body and movable along the longitudinal axis of the rail body for
adjusting the
center of gravity of the rail body, and a positioning device for locking the
weight to the
rail body.
