The tripod has an inner rim (21) held at a tube (10) by rotational axes. Upper ends of three small supporting legs (5a-5c) are fixed at 120 degrees, on an outer part of an outer rim (22). Each leg is connected to a central tube by rigid articulated rods that pass in free space between the rims. The legs in upstream and downstream of sloped ground, are raised up and pulled down, respectively, in order to obtain verticality of the tube.
