PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery heat pump device generating hot and chilled water for sea water is provided to collect waste heat contained in waste water so as to supply to sea water. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a condenser pump(20) introducing low temperature sea water; a condenser(22) supplied with sea water discharged from the condenser pump to heat; a bypass circuit(26) bypassing part of sea water through a hot water switching valve(24a) according to temperature in an outlet of the condenser; a sea water reservoir(30) supplied with sea water not bypassed by the bypass circuit; an evaporator pump(32) introducing sea water from the sea water reservoir to replace; an evaporator(34) supplied with sea water discharged from the evaporator pump through a hot water switching valve(24b) and a mixed water circuit(31); and a sea water outlet(36) installed to discharge sea water whose waste heat is collected by the evaporator through a hot water switching valve(24c), for winter. |
