A portable terminal apparatus can attain a cost reduction and miniaturization. An antenna (25) is accommodated in a housing (24) of the portable terminal apparatus. The antenna (25) includes a plurality of independent antenna wiring portions (31) formed on a flexible base (39). A printed-wiring board (26) is accommodated in the housing (24) and has a wiring pattern (47, 48, 51, 52) connected to the antenna (25). An intersection part (33) is provided in the printed-wiring board (26) where a part of the wiring pattern crosses another part of the wiring pattern so as to connect the antenna wiring portions (31) in a loop form.
