By managing position information on radio terminal devices (30-1 to 30-4) and service area information on radio LAN networks (2-1 to 2-n), authentication information is notified to an authentication device (20) of a radio LAN network before each radio terminal device is moved to the radio LAN network around the current position. Thus, it is possible to reduce the authentication time accompanying the movement in the same radio LAN network or between different LAN networks, there by reducing the time required for handover. Accordingly, there is no danger of quality deterioration such as packet loss accompanying the handover.
