摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the transfer of fluid with a simple structure where pumping is carried out for a plurality of passages with a single chamber, and to converge or diverge at a predetermined ratio. <P>SOLUTION: A micro hydraulic system 1 is comprised of a chamber 11, a piezoelectric element 34 for increasing and reducing the volume of the chamber, a plurality of passages 22, 23, and 24 connected to the chamber and openings 12, 13 and 14 set to throttle the passage at a plurality of the passages respectively, and formed to feed fluid by changing the ratio of a passage resistance between openings owing to the difference in a degree of a rate of change when increasing and decreasing the volume of the chamber. At least three passages are connected to the chamber as a plurality of the passages.
