FIELD: machines for bending edges and applying sealing composition for non-round metallic lids of containers. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine may operate in continuous mode and it includes prism-shaped housing with upper base. Said housing includes rotary plate; row of working stations; one or several groups of devices arranged in each station one opposite to other for feeding lids and devices for discharging lids successively in desired order mounted on plate; common for all stations driving units arranged inside machine. Said stations preferably are spaced one from other by the same distance, they are mounted on plate and provided with units for bending edges and for applying sealing composition. Rotary plate is made with possibility of continuous and high speed bending of edge and applying sealing composition and with possibility of working with any type of lids or base due to its assimilation for any shape of lids or base by rotation in working stations. Units for bending edge and applying sealing composition may be moved from normal working position along circle arc on which devices for feeding lids and for discharging them are arranged.
