FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of rigging. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method of manufacture of bent sections of pans and covers includes punching, bending and metered out cutting of roll sheet material, roll of sheet material being installed on rotary drum. Discrete speed of rotary drum is provided by pulling mechanism of bending machine. Slots and holes are formed at preset pitch in sheet material of blank by punching tool dies by discrete coordinating cross and vertical movements by relative feeds of blanks and dies. Preplanned pitch pattern of perforations is obtained consisting of longitudinal and cross slots formed at preplanned stops of blanks. Coordinated movement of working feeds of machined blanks relative to working surfaces of operating rolls are provided, thus forming shaped sections of pans or covers. Blanks are fed with due account of coordinated movements of die feeding by means of which cross holes are made, and preborder zone of deepening relative to longitudinal and cross slots is formed. Than blanks are fed through cutting-off machine whose cutting-off tool, relative to section of blank, is set into action when borders of photometric length of blank section coincide. Metered out section of shaped articles is cut off. Movements of feeds of tool dies at manufacture of articles is zeroed using support surface of dies to feed articles. Metering of preset length of blanks is provided on table on table by photometric connected with cutting off tool. ^ EFFECT: reduced losses of time caused by absence of measuring perforating and sectioning adjustment at manufacture of bent sections. ^ 1 ex, 5 dwg |
