FIELD: devices for mixing loose materials; construction engineering; production of commercial carbon; agricultural and chemical processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer has drum-type proportioner with flexible fins and mixing unit which consists of vertical belt conveyer provided with transversal elastic fins and vertical plate provided with saddle-type rollers.
