The present invention discloses a small sized camera module for communication devices, in which even though images are zoomed in or zoomed out, the quality of the images does not decrease, and a small volume and a simple structure can be realized by using an electromagnetic force in the zoom function. The small sized camera module for communication devices according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a cylindrical casing. A lens portion consists of a plurality of lenses, and the lenses are arranged to be movable longitudinally within the casing. A driving part moves the plurality of lenses by using an electromagnetic force, so that the lens portion can obtain images with different magnifications optically. An image processing part converts the images made by the lens portion and the driving part into an electric signal for visualization. |
