FIELD: communication systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: in communication system with alternating speed portions of frame are blocked in predetermined and predictable way, then power control commands identification is performed in closed cycle, of frames, erroneously generated on basis of blocked portions. Identified power control commands are ignored.
