PURPOSE: A method for controlling the rubber mixing of an internal mixer is provided to fabricate a mixed rubber of excellent quality without variation of viscosity and physical properties of rubber. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: the step of setting a temperature value controlled variable which is a target mixing temperature for controlling the mixing degree of rubber; the step of outputting a target control amount R(t) by a motor in a motor RPM value sequentially entered at the initial stage of mixing and performing comparison and computation if a control starting temperature is reached according to a temperature increase; the step of reading an actual output value V(t) and utilizing the same in the variation and computation of a target amount and a control value; the step of outputting a newly computed output signal U(t) by the motor and comparing the same with the acquired output value Y(t) to output another output signal U(t) by the motor; and the step of finishing the mixing when the temperature or time reaches a predetermined finish time of point. |
