FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, enzymes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing biocatalyst based on immobilized enzymes. For preparing biocatalyst an insoluble porous material is added to polymer solution representing aminopolysaccharide with simultaneous addition protein and glutaraldehyde to the same solution followed by squeezing out the forming enzyme-containing composition and its successive treatment with sodium boron hydride and antibacterial substance solutions. In the process short reaction invention provides preparing biocatalyst with the concentration of immobilized protein up to 25.0 mg/g of catalyst and high catalytic activity up to 950 U/g of biocatalyst with respect to some organophosphorus compounds. Invention can be used for removing organophosphorus compounds from different surfaces, among them, from skin and the following detoxification, and for using as effective agents for individual protection also. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of biocatalyst. ^ 3 cl, 9 dwg, 1 tbl, 6 ex |
