The device has a thin and dry medium (A) supporting several active substances and objects (B) e.g. seeds, bulbs, roots, tubers, rhizomes or slips, for revegetating the terrain. The medium is rolled up while manufacturing and is unrolled directly on the terrain to be revegetated. The active substances include selective herbicides or pesticides (1), fertilizers (2), and subculturing hormone or PH correctors (3, 4).
