The console has a jamb (4) including two parallel branches (12, 13). A sleeve (17) is fixed to an abutment (5), and receives free end of a perch (18) in order to permit an operator situated at ground to lift the console. A bar (20) is supported on a facing in stowed position of the console at an anchoring eye bolt (9), so that the jamb is butted at the facing for permitting blocking of the console with the eye bolt.
